Free plan includes all 14 field types, 512KB file uploads, and 100 submissions (no edits after publish). Basic plan adds 1,000 submissions, 1 edit per form, custom themes, custom redirects, and analytics. Pro plan includes 10,000 submissions, 3 edits per form, advanced analytics, webhooks, payment collection (0% platform fee), and 1MB file uploads.

File uploads are included with all plans. Free and Basic tiers allow uploads up to 512KB per file, while Pro tier allows up to 1MB per file.

Conditional logic flow allows you to create smart forms that show/hide fields based on user responses, creating dynamic and personalized form experiences. This feature is coming soon and will be available in the Pro plan.

With our per-form pricing model, you make a one-time payment for each form based on the features you need. Free forms are always free, Basic forms cost $1 per form, and Pro forms cost $3 per form. Each form has its own edit limit (0 for Free, 1 for Basic, 3 for Pro) and submission capacity. You can mix different tiers within the same account and upgrade individual forms anytime.

No, downgrades are not allowed. Once you upgrade a form to a higher tier, it cannot be downgraded. Please choose your plan carefully.

There are two separate things here. To buy a form tier (Basic or Pro), we accept PayPal, processed securely through PayPal. To collect payments from your own respondents, you connect your own Stripe account — that money goes straight to your Stripe balance, not to us.

Yes. On a Pro form you can add a Payment field, connect your own Stripe account, and let respondents pay as they submit. ZenForms charges a 0% platform fee — every payment lands in your Stripe balance directly (Stripe’s standard processing fee still applies). The submission is confirmed automatically once Stripe reports the payment succeeded.

We do not offer refunds for form purchases. Please review your form configuration carefully before completing your purchase.
